School Photo Day

Our school photo day will be held over two days, Thursday 13 June and Friday 14 June 2019. This is to accommodate the number of classes and the inclusion of the Kindergarten and Pre-primary students this year.

Flyers

Each student will come home (on Friday 31 May) with an individualised photo day flyer with their name, school code, student ID number and the scheduled class and individual photo day. This flyer is important to keep safe, as you will need to have these details when ordering online.

Photo Day Schedule

• Students in Year 1 to 6 will all have their photos taken on the Thursday 13 June.
• Students in Kindergarten Star Red, Kindergarten Sunshine Orange and Pre-primary Sunshine will have their class and individual photos on Thursday 13 June.
• Students in Kindergarten Star Blue, Kindergarten Sunshine Green, Pre-primary Rainbow and Pre-primary Sparkle will have their individual and class photos on Friday 14 June.

Parents will receive an email with photo day information and the schedule for both days. This information will also be available on the school website.

How to Order

Go online to Kapture Photography at kapture.com.au and follow the prompts.

Select order online - order school photos- enter the school code PUXHGP - view the packages available and proceed to ordering - Let's Start- You will need to enter your information and will need your child's ID number, found on the flyer- select items and proceed to checkout.

Orders for individual and class photos can be placed up until 10 days after the photo day, after that a $15 late fee applies.

Sibling Photos

Orders for sibling photo must be completed the day prior to the first photo day, by Wednesday 12 June by 12pm. No late orders will be processed and spaces are limited. It is advisable to place orders early.

Siblings photos will be taken on Thursday for all siblings who will be attending school on the Thursday. For any sibling not attending school on Thursday, their sibling photo will take place on the Friday.

What to Wear

All students need to be in full school uniform. Sky blue polo and maroon shorts/skirt or a school dress. Year 6 students need to wear their Yr 6 leaders shirt and maroon shorts/skirt.

Parents please ensure your child is dressed in the correct school uniform. Uniform orders can be placed via Quickcliq online or by completing an order form at the office.

Away

If your child is sick on the Thursday they can have their individual photo taken on the Friday. If your child is sick on the Friday, you will need to contact Kapture regarding your child's individual photo.

If your child has an appointment or any educational activity, please make arrangements for them to attend school during their classes allocated time slot.
